Certification on all newly constructed homes.

The Energy Star program is an EPA-backed program that assures a new home
uses less energy. Energy Star homes have:
- more effective insulation,
- high performance windows,
- tight construction and tight ducts, and
- more efficient heating and cooling systems.
All Energy Star Certified homes are inspected and certified by independent, third-party
inspectors.
